I did have to talk to a service representative to have them get parts to order the passenger headlight, but it wasn’t much of a hassle. Andrew was the one I mainly dealt with. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and realizing they were busy, had no problem getting out of there a little after 2:00 p.m.. Andrew, and the entire staff there at Honda in Columbia was absolutely amazing! They have two waiting rooms with plenty of seating, and even free snacks if you’re hungry. Bathrooms were very clean as well.
